        <content>Zagat's recent newsletter discusses a "Taste the Difference" dinner at Acme Chophouse.  Addressed during the pre-dinner discussion (moderated by Kim Severson of the SF Chronicle) and featured throughout the 8-course meal will be "heirloom breeds" of pig that purportedly offer good flavor and are raised in more natural surroundings. 
 
Cost: $75, includes wine, tax, gratuity and contribution to the Animal Welfare Institute.</content>
