Christmas Dinner in NJ

I am leaving sunny Florida for New Jersey this Christmas to visit relatives, and we are trying to avoid cooking on Christmas. Does ANYONE know of any non-Asian restaurants in the Morristown area (or anywhere in North Jersey for that matter) that are open for Christmas dinner?

* The Bernards Inn, Bernardsville
* Ryland Inn, Whitehouse
* Madison Hotel, Madison
* Publick House, Chester

All have a pretty cozy atmosphere. Wide price-range difference here. Most of these have web sites.
