Congolese Cuisine

I am looking for Congolese food, specifically a place where I can buy something called "sombe" which is made from fresh cassava leaves that have all the cyanide boiled out of them and are then beaten into a pulp and sauteed with tomatoes, onions and palm oil. It is usually eaten with fufu. Looks like what you would expect to find in a cow's third stomach. Absolutely delicious. Anyone ever seen it? Even if I could just get the leaves fresh I could probably make it. I have never even found a Central African restaurant in the US. Would also appreciate tips on that.
