Help in Westchester

Please help me out. I want to take my wife out this Saturday to a nice restaurant is Westchester. Any ideas?
You might start by looking through the good info that's already been posted on this subject on this very board. Then come back with questions.
Flames in Briarcliff Manor. Have a special salad as appetizer, the porterhouse for two, maybe the sautéed onions. Can be dressy or casual. Service is good, but not intrusive. That steak is not to be believed.
But don't take my word for it, do a search and see what others had to say here about Flames.
When I was in college, I liked the Japan Inn in Bronxville. Anyone been there recently? Was I just hungry from college food?
Caravella in Tarrytown is a Portuguese/Brazilian seafood restaurant. In addition to good seafood dishes, they have good appetizers and salads. I've enjoyed the hearts of palm salad and the grilled sardines. Portions are large.
It's a bit pricey, but good for a special occasion. The place is small and rather plain, but the service is very formal, attentive and polite. They have nice wines. Call ahead for a good table.
It would help if you'd be a little more specific....type of food, price range, upcounty, southern county....give us a little help here :)
