The Farm at Adderley on Cortelyou

On my way back from Picket Fence last night, I saw a storefront under renovation with this sign. Anyone know anything about it: when it's opening? what kind of food? wtf is adderley?

Passed by today on my bus ride to the city - it's open. Has anyone been to it yet?

I live on the block & I understand the owner is from the hood and will have a bar & restaurant that utilizes organic, Hudson Valley farms for their menu. Don't know about the type of food but have anticipated the opening for nearly a year - they had a sign posted at the Flatbush frolic last september.
