Phenomenal burger at Coals in the Bronx

I am VERY picky about my burgers (Skinflints in Bayridge is my fave and Donovan's in Woodside is OK despite the hype) but the burger at Coals on Eastchester Road in the Bronx blew me away.

Served au poivre with toasted goat cheese on a focaccia roll. My mouth waters and my heart races just thinking about it.

This is in addition to the luscious grilled pizzas praised in the NY Times...
