At the corner of Flatbush and Caton, there's a Caribbean market. A truck parked at the market on Saturdays sells Panamanian dishes. I got a corn empanada and a cassava empanada (called a camaniola, I think), both with beef fillings. They were very tasty -- fried up into a crunchy consistency. Hot sauce on the side was good, too.
