I thought she must be the Arepa lady, but there was no beatific smile, in fact she barely cracked a smile of any kind. The arepa was tasty, but hardly transcendent. My conclusion is that this definitely wasn't the Arepa lady, but if I'm right, what happened to the Arepa lady? She's around the same age of the Arepa Lady, but without the sparkle in the eyes.
