Looking for a really good Queens taco truck. I'm pretty partial to Dalia's in Sunnyside, but would be willing to drink near any taco truck. Nothing like a great al Pastor after booz.

The best taco truck, by far, is the one the parks every night on 41st Street and Queens Blvd in Sunnyside, Queens. (And I should know because I once helped a friend report a story on Queens taco trucks for school.) In addition to their delicious $2 tacos, they also make fabulous tortas. I used to avoid tortas because I thought what is the use of taco filling in a roll of bread. Boy, was I wrong! They really fill up their tortas with more than that: meat of your choice, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole, pickled jalapenos, hot sauce. It's one of the most delicious sandwiches I've had. And so filling too. If I am not too hungry, I'll share half of my sandwich with my husband. And the guys who run the taco truck are super friendly. They gave me their business card once; they called themselves "los vagabundos."

The only down side is that taco truck doesn't arrive in Sunnyside until 8pm or 8:30pm. After a long day at work, I find it hard to wait that long for supper.

Dalia's parks on 46th Street between QUeens Blvd and Greenpoint. In my opinion, however, the truck that parks on 41st and Queens Blvd is much better.

FORGET DALIA'S the best Taco Truck by far is YES the one on the CORNER of 41ST and Queens Blvd..and as I recall also they are called "los vagabundos." It does get there after 8pm and Mondays its sometimes not even there. I have been going there for about 5 years now..I turned my husband on to them and he tried the other Taco truck..and said the service nor the portions could not compare with tis one. Order a chicken taco..it is seasoned sooo soo good..and the meat is very tender. you can order it with or without cheese..also they have mixtos(which is a little bit of all the meats on the menu).very very tasty..and last the Chorizo..mmm mmm super good!.So as I said FORGET the dalias truck. The portions that you get here for the $2 is also a deal. they give you alot of meat n your taco! and real warm friendly and sincere service!
