        <content>Two of the excellent small plate tastings at Chernery Park are the Smoked Sable salad and the Corn and Chipotle Chowder. The sable is smoked in-house and presented on a julienned bed of radish, carrot, and cucumber with a kumquat vinaigrette garnished with slices of jalapeno. Here we have a fission of flavors; the silkiness of the smoked sable, the crunch of the vegetables, the spiciness of the jalapeno bound together with a spritely vinaigrette. My tastebuds were dancing.  All to be wrapped in the richness of the chowder that followed.  Ah-h-h.

      <content>Awesome! i am taking Rob here for his birthday dinner tonight and i was just perusing the menu and noting the changes from the last time i was there in the beginning of March.
 
the chowder looks great!  i am also interested in the ribs appetizer..... did you see if anyone got that? if it looked good?
 
I love Chenery Park, definetely one of my favorite restaurants in SF right now.

      <content>Enjoy your dinner. I will look for the ribs next time. Desserts were a delight.  We had the chocolate angelfood cake with the Cabernet Sauvignon-Bluberry sorbet and my tongue is still shivering with pleasures. The cafe au lait creme brulee was also very satisfying.
