It really was a life-changing experience--the soft, billowy texture, the hint of sweetness, and the saltiness of the cheese all combine into an uber-pancake experience. It was so good that I ate an entire one (after an insane amount of food at El Manara) and a little piece of my companion's that he couldn't quite choke down.
