<content>Anyone know what the deal is with this restaurant on Montague Street with chronic name-change syndrome? Is it a case of changing ownership or are the same owners tweaking their formula every six months? I remember the original Tin Room Cafe in Dumbo, which was excellent for a time and then became mediocre. (Frankly, what really doomed the place for me was when they started "opera night" and charging extra for the privilege of ear-splittingly loud amateur singing. Hard to enjoy one's meal amid the sound of all that breaking glass.) I never tried the Montague Street version. Anyway, the current incarnation looks pleasant enough (I used to love this space when it was an Ozzie's cafe), the menu looks fine (if a bit pedestrian), and from the street there usually seems to be a reasonable number of people eating there.

Anyway, if you've tried Mezzo recently, I'd appreciate hearing your thoughts.
