Anyone remember a pizza place in Coney Island...

  • a

Years ago when I went to elementary school, P.S. 90, there was a pizza place at the corner on Neptune Avenue and West 12th Street. The owner was named Jimmy. That's all I know. It was the best pizza in the world.

Then I met him years later at a flea market in Glenwood selling pizza. I was in heaven. Then I didn't realize that I should have gotten his contact info in case I grew up and stopped working at the flea market - which I did.

After years of eating pizza that's just not the same, I'm sorry I didn't keep his name, number, kids' names, etc. so if any of them used his recipe, I'd know where to find my childhood pizza.

Anyone know of anything about this?

  1. Are you talking about Totonno? definitely Neptune Ave., actually closer to 15th St., absolutely positively magnificent pizza.

Go back. Nothing has changed. All is forgiven.
