Staten Island - Seeking a Carmen's recipe ->
I lost my copy of the recipe for Carmen's green sauce. (They use it in their Marascada and their clams or muscles in green sauce.) Does anyone out there have it to share? I don't need exact amounts, just the list of ingredients will do. I know it contains lots of parsley, a bit of white wine and onions but I can't recall all the other things that go in it. Thanks for any help you can provide.
