I went for a nice brisket sandwich tonight. I was waiting for 45 minutes and no sandwich. The waitress said that they were behind because it was busy, and the normal staff was not there. I walked out and ended up in a argument with a little old lady, who was very rude to us. I refused to pay for my drinks and was walking out. I found out that the bar is seperate from the food area. I paid for my drinks and gave the waitress a tip. I have been to Pearsons many times never saw this lady before that was rude. We were told that she is the owner of the BBQ place, if this is the way she talks to customers, who were waiting 45 minutes for a sandwich she will never see me again.I thought this place was better than the other Pearsons they have sit down service and draft beer which goes with the brisket like milk goes with cookies. But a 45 minute wait for a sandwich that the meat is sitting on the table already, then get treated by the owner that way was a double slap in the face.Anyone have any feedback on this new place or did I just go on a bad day.

I've never been treated anything other than pleasantly at Pearson's; but I've also never encountered the owner. So I don't know about that. I think even if I were treated poorly there, I would go back...

You're a gourmand and a glutton for punishment, Jeremy.

I think you HAVE been served by the owner, Jeremy. She has always been most pleasant in my experience, but I haven't been to Pearson's in a while, mostly to assure that you can have a table.
