The Soda Shop-Tribeca

Any one been? Thoughts? Recommendations
I'm thinking of going on a weekday with my two kids; seems like you can't lose at a place like this...but you never know!

I went there a few weeks ago. It was very good, very basic food, reasonably priced. there were a lot of desserts and shelves of old candy brands. there were several other children there too. It is a small place, so keep that in mind

I stopped by about 2 weeks ago and had a faux-oreo type cookie (very dry) and a really tasty cherry-limeade. It's a cute place - they have malts, shakes, etc. as well as old-fashoined candy.

I read that they serve food, but haven't seen / tasted anything. So in my opinion, go for the traditional soda-shop drinks. I'm sure kids would enjoy it.
