Mon May 22 17:49:21 -0700 2006 1242224 0 rebecca 5 1242370 i've seen the dosa man around lunchtime on weekdays. not sure what time he leaves for the day, but i don't think he's still there around dinnertime. also, not sure about weekends. also, he sets up shop on the southern edge of the park, right near the intersection of washington square south (a.k.a. w. 4th st) and sullivan st. that's the south central area of the park, not the southwestern edge as someone else had mentioned.
