As rich and decadent as it sounds, it was the pure essence of morels. Main dish: Grilled Atlantic salmon with morels, ramps & English peas. The morels weren't the star here, but were a solid accompaniment to the rest of the dish, which was excellent. Have to say - after having been several times to Tribeca Grill over the past few months, I feel it is highly under-rated among foodies... As of last Friday, Hearth had them on the menu (accompanying the slow cooked egg) but they hardly tasted like anything, and I found out that they were imported from out of the country.
