My newest kitchen toy is the SoyToy. It makes more than a quart of fresh soy milk from 1/2 cup of dried soy beans in 30 minutes. It's easy, convenient, healthful, and delightfully delicious. The bonus biproduct is the okara which is protein-rich. Gadgets come and go, this one really produces!

I like it better. No chalky aftertaste. No extra sweetness. No concerns about shelflife and freshness. It can be made thicker and creamier by adjusting the water and dry soy bean ratio.
