Japanese breakfast?

Anyone know of a place to get traditional Japanese breakfast, in either breakfast or brunch form? Thanks.

I too wrote this question 2 years ago and finally found an easy answer in New Jersey at Mitsuwa. A full Japanese breakfast for 7.50, .50 extra for an "all natural" whole egg, served with the traditional free green and hoki(?) tea. It's served all day. I will say the Natto (I am a fan) was a bit weak. I ordered a bowl of hot soba for 4.20. 13.05 and I was stuffed.

The Peninsula Hotel has a pretty nice one.

I think they offer it at the Kitano Hotel on Park Ave.

i thought they did at RIINGO, but when i checked the menu on menupages it was not so. they are open for breakfast so you might call'em to ask for sure. kitano sounds like a better bet. please report back.

I just looked at Riingo's menu on menupages and it does indeed have a Japanese breakfast (called Asian breakfast for $14). It can be easily overlooked because it is listed between some American breakfast items.
