I don't get up to midtown much but have family in town this weekend ... does anybody know if Al's Soup Kitchen is open for business these days?

  1. NO - unfortunately he closed his original location - and it has now become a franchised business - locations around NYC - check the website.

      Sadly the soups are now made in large batches and frozen, oversalted and lacking the quality and taste of the originals.
