Restaurant supply stores?

I am looking for restaurant supply stores in the bay area. For those familiar with LA, I'm looking for a store like Surfas in Culver City.

While I'm at it, does anyone know where I can buy pizzoccheri here?

I've bought pizzoccheri at Vivande Porta Via, Carlo Middione's store/restaurant at 2125 Fillmore St. (near California).

They have lots of stuff. I recently bought sirup dispensers there, for my mother's quince sirup. I also use them for sturdy, handsome wine glasses.

I have found Pizzoccheri at Rainbow Grocery and at A.G. Ferrari Italian Foods.

Florence Deli & Ravioli Factory at 1412 Stockton St., near Vallejo has a shelf full of Pizzoccheri. Better hurry if you want any of it, though, they are selling out their stock and closing. (You probably have a few weeks at most).

East Bay Restaurant Supply in Oakland usually has what I'm looking for. Don't expect much help from the staff though.
