Its going to be at my friend's restaurant on a Monday which is the night its closed so there will only be sake tasters there.... Come taste a selection of six fine premium Japanese sakes. We will taste two each of the most commonly seen classifications of sake - Junmai, Ginjo and Daiginjo. Seio Shimada of World Sake Imports will speak a little about the sakes we will be tasting, as well as sake in general. He will also have the sakes we taste available for purchase. Space is limited.
