The super vegeterian spicy to be exact. They also had my favorite salsa and margaritas. Notice, I said "had". They have completely changed their menu, and are using some kind of pureed salsa. Let me just say, the food we had was good, and I'm sure I will go back. Shrimp enchilada was good, salsa is ok, and margaritas were excellent. But, I'm lookin for a burrito experience similar to what I used to have at Baby Bo's. Is there anyone out there who has been there and knows what I'm lookin for? Or can recommend a great burrito? On another note What would make a place, that to my eye, was busy every time I was there over the years completely change their menu? I mean obviously I don't know how well they are doing financially, and they did renovate the place last year, but why mess with a great thing?
