We read Love in the Time of Cholera, I suggested dinner in Jackson Heights, they wimped out. Is there Columbian in Manhattan?

If not, one of the club suggested tapas but I think that is double wimpy - can anyone suggest a cuisine that approximates Colombian?

Agree, though I prefer Pequena Colombia. Check out the Outer Boroughs board. It's a real, thriving Colombian neighborhood and everyone you see in the restaurant will be Colombian. In the lovely film Our Lady of the Assassins, which takes place in Medellin, one character says, lets escape from here and go to New York City. No, says the other, too many Colombians. When Colombian plays Mexico in the World Cup, police line Roosevelt Av.
