When we left, I noticed that there was an anti-Michael Bauer poster hanging in the window. It was a take-off of a Most Wanted poster, complete with photo and description of the "man who destroys restaurants." It was pretty funny. I'm just curious -- does anyone know who's behind it? Its not new, its been up for years. Seems to be in only a few NB establishments. Frankly, I'd love to see it in a lot more. Here's a quote from an article in San Francisco Magazine: "Jim Bril, co-owner of Fior d'Italia, seems to be the angriest of all Bauer's critics, though Bauer has never reviewed his restaurant. Bril made 'Un-Wanted' posters calling him a 'butcher' and warning restaurants about his destructive behavior. 'He just does what he wants and ruins people's lives,' Bril says. 'If you're one of his cutesy little chefs, you're good. If not, you're screwed.'"
