Are there any more upscale restaurants in the city (including boroughs) that have a good craft beer selection on their menus?

It seems like it's more common on the west coast than here.

And upscale restaurant with a lot of "craft" beer? Wow, no idea. Simply no idea. I have seen a few in many places. Artisanal serves a few, and I was there last night. Noticed a couple nice beers on tap, only recall seeing a Bluepoint, but it was not the only one. Quite sure I have had one in Gramercy Tavern, but it's been a while since I was there. I could bring more to mind if I thought for a while. But a spread of a dozen or so or mroe taps from good brewers in an upscale restaurant, I cannot recall seeing in NYC.

markt has a huge beer selection. ever been? the bar is ginormous. and the food, which gets mixed reviews, is not bad either. service, on the other hand, can really test your patience.
