I have seen a few in many places. Artisanal serves a few, and I was there last night. Noticed a couple nice beers on tap, only recall seeing a Bluepoint, but it was not the only one. Quite sure I have had one in Gramercy Tavern, but it's been a while since I was there. I could bring more to mind if I thought for a while. But a spread of a dozen or so or mroe taps from good brewers in an upscale restaurant, I cannot recall seeing in NYC.
