The generous helping of tender, flavorful ceviche was served with Peruvian corn (hominy on the cob, it seemed to me?), some other corn snack (cross between corn-nuts and large popcorn kernels) and sweet potato. I'm not crazy about any of those sides, but they really worked well together. A little heavy on the onions, but they were piled on top so I just took some off. I sopped up every last bit of juice with rice. I can't wait to go back!
