How about Auberge du Soleil? The chef there, Richard Reddington, is *very* talented, and the setting is lovely.

Congrats on your aniversary!

I personally had a great experience at La Toque in Rutherford. It is a prix fixe style menu that includes all non-alcoholic beverages, and depending on their mood they may throw in the cheese tasting for free as well as a couple of glasses of champagne...but don't tell them I told you this.

I believe the price runs around $100/person...it's been a while though.

Otherwise, I agree with Millicent. Auberege is an excellent choice...although a lunch may be more appropriate since they have an incredible view of the Napa Valley on their patio. But the food is top notch.

Hope this helps.
