        <content>Press Release:  "Cat Cora, Executive Chef and Partner of Postino Restaurant today announced effective January 31, 2003 she will be departing her postion at the restaurant to pursue a broad range of culinary and media opportunities...
&#8220;Postino will be undergoing a change of owners in the next few months, coinciding with my 5 year anniversary... This year I connected with a San Francisco production company to begin developing my own show.   I&#8217;m continuing to do Food Network programs, I&#8217;m coming out with a cookbook in the fall and have continuing opportunities for endorsements, so it&#8217;s the perfect time to shift my energies to these new ventures,&#8221; remarked Cora.  &#8220;And eventually, I&#8217;d like to open my own restaurant in Napa.&#8221;
She will continue to write her bi-monthly syndicated column for the Contra Costa Times, &#8220;Cooking from the Hip.&#8221;
