I've seen all three at the Whole Foods in the Time Warner Center. That said, they were all much more expensive than they should have been. Check out the Union Square location first, though.

Hope this helps,

I'm pretty sure I've seen a mushroom stand at union square greenmarket. I'm not sure if the stand is there on Saturday (maybe other hounds can help) but if you are in the neighborhood you might want to stop by.

You should definately go to SOS Foods on Avenue B and 6/7 Street. They always have the biggest selection in town, and do a big business with chefs. Be wary of the packaged goods in the store, have had much less success with them.
