I'm not a steak person, but I have to admit that, even though I don't tend to chose restaurants based on availablility of hot guys, when I do happen to be out at a place like Strip House or Wolfgangs or even Angelo and Maxies, the "pickings" as it were, are substantially better than at the boites that may be "hot," but estrogen magnets.
