It's a graham cracker base, topped with a homemeade mashmallow (that's the trick--so different from the bagged kind), and dipped in milk or dark chocolate so you are holding a little square. I got the milk chocolate, might try dark next time as the coating is a little thick so milk chocolate makes it a little too sweet. but mostly, wow!
