My mom has a craving for pasta primavera with red sauce. It is her b-day tonight. Dad just told me (even though he said he was going to pick a restaurant) that I am in charge of making the reservation. Any suggestions?

I know nothing about where you are or your price range. however, Stella Del Mare has pasta primavera on the menu. 39th and Lexington? I suggest you call them, explain the situation and ask them if they make it with red sauce. good luck. my dad pulls stuff like that all the time and it drives me ker-azy.

We had dinner at Stella del Mare sometime back. We found it to be a very pleasant, civilized place with well-prepared food and good service. Nice for a birthday celebration.

The menu on their website indicates that they do serve Pasta Primavera with, if I'm reading it correctly, red sauce: "PRIMAVERA O BASILICO GENOVESE."
