Beard Papa's cream puffs - question

Lately I've been eating several per week of the Beard Papa's cream puffs. They are very delicious and addicting but I'm starting to wonder about their calories and fat content. I've searched the website but it doesn't list any nutritional information. Does anyone have any clue about the number of calories and fat?

Thanks everyone. I knew that 130 calories seemed too good to be true. I'm thinking that they are along the lines of 250. I'm not too concerned about my weight, it just means that I will have to work harder at the gym. As far as controlling myself, well, Cafe Zaiya is half a block from my work, they're cheap and they just seem to make the day brighter. I guess there are worse things.

A quick googling for "'beard papa' calories" gives one article that claims ~250 calories per puff, but there's no source cited. You might want to try searching the wider web outside the BP website.

If you're worried about gaining weight, then only visit the store once a week. Willpower, dude ! !

Their cream puffs are delicious, aren't they?

I think I remeber them saying they were about 130 calories total each. I am not sure how many calories are from fat.

                LOL...

Maybe 130 for the cream + 130 for the puff!

Damn really 250 cals? I thought it was about half that.
I need to chill when my friends brings a box of these things over.

Calories and fat in Cream Puffs? If you have to ask, you are better off not eating them. Sad, but true. It's OK...in heaven, calories don't exist ; )
