Ever find yourself looking for perfectly fried Tots at 2am? Crif Dogs on St. Marks between 1st and A has perfect tots. The outside is dark golden crispy and the inside is nice and potato-ey. They wrap it in foil so they stay crispy for a while. I don't know how they compare to anywhere else because I've never tried them anywhere else. These are perfect for me.

Sure they have those crazy hot dogs, but get the Tots.

Actually just tried their tater tots this past Friday. I have to agree -- they are a crisp trip back to the elementary school cafeteria.

They seemed fried to me....
