Please Recommend Comprehensive Knife Skills Workshop in NYC

I would like to attend a really good knife skills workshop in NYC. Based on your experience or knowledge otherwise, please recommend a reasonably priced comprehensive workshop. I would prefer to be in a smaller rather than bigger class.

The Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) offers various knife skills courses. It's $85 for a single three hour session. You can check out the listings and schedules on their website: www.iceculinary.com. It should be under their recreational division.

I attended the ICE basic knife skills class and thought it was great. They have a variety of choices there and very competent instructors.

I second that ICE recc. After an afternoon in their Knife Skills 1 class, I'll never wield a blade in quite the same way.

I went to the Natural Gourmet Cookery School and really enjoyed the class and teachers.
