        <content>have been meaning to ask this: has anyone fouind a way to re-create Veselka's awesome salad dressing? I think it is some sort of lemon-dill combination. Or, on the otherhand is this availible for purchase? (in the restaurant or otherwise?)

      <content>I love their dressing as well. I always get two green salads when I go there - one is not enough.
 
I don't know the recipe, but I can't imagine it's anything very fancy or obscure - probably a standard Ukranian recipe that you could find with a little research. Clearly there's lots of dill and I'd say there's a hefty dash of white sugar as well. If you find out, please post!</content>
