It IS quite impressive when it lands in front of you, but I think you're paying for the show more than you are the flavor. It does contain expensive ingredients, but I've had it twice, and it seems to be hit or miss regarding how much of those expensive ingredients are actually detectable. If you have money to... well, burn... it certainly is a fun thing to do. However, more for the entertainment of being able to say you've done it, more than the satisfaction of the burger itself. The accompanying fries are perfection. The restaurant itself is somewhat subdued for Manhattan, I suspect because of the great number of French who eat there. For that reason, it may not appeal to those who prefer din and cacophony with their meal.
