Mustard's is a roadhouse style restaurant- burgers, ribs. Noisy, fun. Always packed. Martini House is a Kuleto creation - upscale, expensive, interesting food. Two completely different restaurants.

Here's a link to a recent discussion of Martini House that will give you another range of opinions. As Maryann says Mustards is your basic American grill. I find it a bit overpriced for what you get, and be sure to not stray away from the basics because you'll be disappointed. I'd rather pay a little more and enjoy Martini House.
