My favorite is an amazing turkish restaurant called Ali Baba, between 2nd and 3rd avenue on 34th st. For good reasonable Italian, Tre Pomodori is the ticket. I also like Benjamin for American food (good crabcake sandwich and large salads). L'Annam is good for quick and cheap Vietnamese.
