the best rooftop restaurants in NYC?

looking for a nice rooftop restaurant to dine at for my 31st bday.

have reservations at sushi samba 7 but anyone have other suggestions?

    I figured I would top this since there aren't a lot of posts I've found re: rooftop restos (maybe I am not searching correctly).

    I leave tomorrow though so this may not get a reply...
