**4. FOOD: AMUSE BOUCHE OR ASSIAGINO - AMUSE BOUCHE COOKBOOK
I'm collecting recipes for a book of amuse bouche offerings. If you, or your favorite chef, have a recipe that can be converted to fairly easy home use, and if it uses indigenous items, I'd like to see it. Not essential at this time, but if you'd like to add a brief bio note about the chef and about the restaurant/resort, please feel free to do so. Please do not send anything other than an amuse bouche or assiagino recipes. No attachments, please.
