<content>You have a couple of choices-- some of which should turn out to be quite pricey--so be warned.

There is Margaret Braun (she did my wedding cake and it was unbelievable- http://www.margaretbraun.com/) Part of my family owns cranberry bogs and so we wanted to incorporate cranberry's into the wedding cake. Working with her was too much fun (she'll be the first to admit she has the best job ever). she hand paints all the designs onto the cakes, so she could probably work w/ the design you came up with! (and the cake itself was to die for)!

Also- Sylvia Weinstock&#8212;When my husband was an I-Banker he worked on a deal for a subdivision of Heinz and when the deal closed they got a cake in the shape of a Heinz ketchup bottle- it was totally amazing-- my two closest friends also got a scrabble cake- very cool! (http://www.sylviaweinstockcakes.com/index_fl4.html)

Manhattan Users guide also recommends two other cake makers- I have not heard of them so I can't speak to their expertise, but I have found MUG to be on target in the past -- see link below
