        <content>Anybody know any details on the rumoured outpost of Jacques-Imo's said to be opening in NYC in the next few weeks? Anybody know where or when? Or have a phone number?</content>

      <content>There have been a couple of threads about Jacques-Imo's in NYC.  I'm a fan of Natchez (have posted), so seeing 
 
"Right now there's really no good Cajun-Creole restaurants in New York," said Jacques-Imo's chef-owner Jack Leonardi. "If we can do better than what's existing, then we've done New York a service. If it's 80 percent of what Jacques-Imo's (in New Orleans) is, then we're on the right path."
 
makes me wonder....80% of his other place would be a service?  If they do a good job that's great, the more the merrier.  In the meantime I'll enjoy Natchez, though.
