I'm a fan of Natchez (have posted), so seeing "Right now there's really no good Cajun-Creole restaurants in New York," said Jacques-Imo's chef-owner Jack Leonardi. "If we can do better than what's existing, then we've done New York a service. If it's 80 percent of what Jacques-Imo's (in New Orleans) is, then we're on the right path." makes me wonder....80% of his other place would be a service? If they do a good job that's great, the more the merrier. In the meantime I'll enjoy Natchez, though.
