if this is the indian restaurant in (i think) the village, i went once but that as about (yikes) 5 years ago. enjoyed the meal. it was the first time i had dosa but more elegant than any dosa i've had since. not the best meal but as i'm a big indian food fan, experiencing it on a different level was an experience. far different from even the other high end indian restaurants i've been to. don't remember seeing the usual dishes (curries or stewlike dishes). more seafood and more subtle seasonings.

The atmosphere is quite nice, sort of 'wallpaper'-y, a contrast from a great many Indian places, but the food is disappointing. The tandoori meats were all super dry and tough, curries quite bland and uninspired. It's too bad.
