For instance, I've seen lots of Chino/Latino restaurants but have also heard rumors about Polish/Itallian restaurants, Korean Soul food, Irish/Dominican, and Russian Sushi. This is a project for my masters project so the restaurants don't necessarily have to be "good" but any information from mere location to anything you know about the place would be appreciated. Also, it doesn't have to be in Manhattan, I'm willing to check out the outer bourroughs too. Also if you can think of a restaurant that's say, Itallian but owned and operated entirely by Equidorians of something like that, I'd be interested in hearing about those too. Thank you!
