What to order at Union Pacific?

I'm making my first trip to Union Pacific soon. Any recommendations?

    1. Cripsy sweetbreads for an appetizer. Halibut or cod for an entree (just not the skate -- too salty). In terms of dessert, I'd stay away from the hazlenut crunch cake.

There's been some talk recently that UP has declined, which would be unfortunate since I've enjoyed some very good meals there. I was recently there for their $45 pre-theatre pre-fixe and thought it was fine (especially considering the $23 price reduction). Please let us know what your experience is as I am curious if my last trip was a fortunate exception or the norm.

        1. If it's available (I appreciate it's seasonal), Taylor Bay scallops with uni. That's DiSpirito's signature dish.

            1. my faves are the sweetbreads and then the white peking duck. the braised short ribs is truly decadent, one needs a big appetite for it.
