This morning I read the following news. The New Jersey-based company failed its ramen business before.
How about its next move?

Unreal! Well, it does say that the pho base is targeted to restaurants, so we won't be seeing it on the grocery store shelves. Asian markets already sell pho base, like US markets sell bouillion (sp?). So really the remarkable thing here is that a major company sees this as a business opportunity. It's a good sign for the refining of the American palate!

One of possibilities is that we may see posts about pho, on this board, complaining about some restaurants' sudden downgrade of its taste within a few month.

Nobody knows the result, as of July 7.
