        <content>Does anyone out there know where some really good boudin could be gotten in NYC, particularly around the Village? Or any boudin at all?

      <content>The sourdough place?  None east of Chicago (only 1 outside Cali).  
 
I'm sure there are tons of bakery suggestions for sourdough, though...

      <content>In the same boat as you, old bean. Suggest you do what I did. Buy a sausage stuffer attachment for your KitchenAid mixer(you have a KitchenAid mixer of course) and make your own. </content>
